The next phase of Masrah is building a full-stack creative and business development engine — and that's exactly where this role comes in.

The Role
We're hiring a Sales Executive who will be the first point of contact for potential clients —someone who can turn a conversation into a partnership. You'll be calling leads, qualifying prospects, pitching our services, building proposals, and managing meetings from first hello to signed deal. This is not a script-reading role. This is a relationship-building role for someone who genuinely gets excited talking about brands, content, and business growth.

What You'll Be Doing
Qualifying prospects and scheduling discovery calls and meetings with decision-makers
Calling assigned leads daily and engaging them in meaningful conversations to understand their brand and business needs
Preparing clear, tailored proposals that map Masrah's services to the client's specific goals
Conducting and managing client meetings — both virtual and in-person — with profess
