Role Summary
The Executive – Buyer Marketplace & Partnerships will support the growth of the Rafttaar.ai buyer ecosystem by engaging with developers, hotel owners, architects, consultants, PMCs, contractors, procurement teams, and industry associations. The role involves outreach, relationship management, market research, meeting generation, and buyer engagement activities.

Reports To:- AVP Strategic Partnerships

Key Responsibilities
Conduct outreach to developers, hotel groups, architects, consultants, PMCs, contractors, and procurement teams.
Support the AVP – Strategic Partnerships in engaging with industry associations, trade bodies, and strategic partners.
Generate and coordinate meetings, presentations, demos, webinars, and stakeholder interactions.
Build and maintain a database of prospective buyers, ongoing projects, and key industry contacts.
Conduct market research to identify new buyer segments and partnership opportunities.




Coordinate follow-ups and maintain engagement with prospective buyers.
Support buyer onboarding and marketplace development initiatives.
Maintain CRM records, outreach trackers, and weekly activity reports.
Requirements
2–4 years of experience in Business Development, Partnerships, Sales, Hospitality, Real Estate, Construction, Aviation, or related industries.
Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, LinkedIn outreach, and business communication.
Ability to interact professionally with senior industry stakeholders and decision-makers.
Well-organized, proactive, and solid in follow-up and coordination.
