Job Description –Marketing Manager
Role Overview
Uncle Delivery is looking for a highly analytical and execution-focused Marketing Manager to lead integrated marketing initiatives across digital acquisition, customer retention, brand marketing, and campaign operations. The role requires a strategic marketer who can effectively manage marketing budgets, optimize performance across channels, collaborate cross-functionally, and drive customer growth through data-driven decision making.
The ideal candidate combines robust performance marketing expertise with stakeholder management, and operational excellence to maximize marketing ROI and business impact.

Key Responsibilities

1. Marketing Strategy & Planning
Develop quarterly marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and growth targets.
Lead annual and quarterly marketing budget planning and allocation across channels.
Collaborate with Supply, Finance, and local business teams to create integrated marketing plans.
Prepare business presentations highlighting campaign strategy, investments, expected outcomes, and performance.





2. Digital Marketing & Performance Acquisition
Own digital marketing strategy across all acquisition channels for both customer and partner/driver acquisition.
Develop monthly and weekly budget allocation plans by channel, geography, and campaign objective.
Provide creative direction for digital campaigns to improve engagement and conversion.
Explore and evaluate emerging marketing channels and growth opportunities.
Monitor campaign implementation to ensure execution quality and performance.
Oversee Appsflyer attribution, campaign tracking, and marketing analytics.
Drive App Store Optimization (ASO), keyword strategy, and search marketing performance.
Conduct comparative analysis across campaigns and ad groups to identify optimization opportunities.

3. Customer Retention & Lifecycle Marketing
Design and execute customer lifecycle and retention strategies.
