About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Relations Specialist who will be responsible for building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with customers while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
The role involves understanding customer requirements, handling queries and concerns, coordinating with internal teams for timely resolutions,



and ensuring a smooth overall customer experience.
The ideal candidate should be customer-focused, proactive, an excellent communicator, and robust in problem-solving and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and concerns promptly and professionally.
Coordinate with relevant internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
Monitor customer satisfaction and identify opportunities to improve the customer experience.
Collect, analyze, and communicate customer feedback to relevant teams.
Track recurring customer issues and recommend corrective actions.
Ensure effective communication between customers and internal departments.
Follow up with customers to ensure concerns are completely resolved.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, complaints, and resolutions.
