Role Description The Real Estate Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for overseeing day-to-day property operations and ensuring optimal occupancy and client satisfaction.



This role includes managing a portfolio of residential and commercial properties, handling lease negotiations and renewals, and ensuring that lease terms are accurately documented and adhered to. The Real Estate Manager will coordinate with owners, buyers, tenants, and internal teams to schedule site visits, support transaction closure, and maintain high-quality property standards. Responsibilities also include monitoring market trends, advising on pricing and positioning, supporting due diligence related to home loans and registrations, and preparing regular performance and occupancy reports. The role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless experience for clients and to support the company’s growth objectives in the Bengaluru market.
