Job description

Key Responsibilities
Provide individualized one-on-one speech and language therapy to children with speech, language, communication, and feeding concerns.
Conduct assessments and develop personalized treatment plans using evidence-based speech-language interventions.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including BCBAs, occupational therapists, and educators, to support holistic client outcomes.
Monitor client progress, document outcomes, and modify therapy plans as needed to ensure continued development.
Educate, train, and support parents and caregivers with strategies to reinforce communication skills in everyday environments.
Desired Candidate Profile
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with children and families.
Passion for supporting children with developmental and communication challenges.
Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary therapy team.
Additional Requirements
Experience working with the pediatric population is preferred.
Willingness to work in an on-site therapy setting supporting children and families.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Speech-Language Pathology.
