Role Description The Dealer Management Executive is a full time, on-site role based in Salem, responsible for managing and growing relationships with dealer partners. Day-to-day tasks include onboarding new dealers, ensuring compliance with company policies, and coordinating with internal teams to support dealer operations. The role involves monitoring sales performance, driving product penetration at the dealer level,



and conducting regular visits and reviews to identify opportunities for improvement. The individual will resolve dealer queries, provide training on Bajaj Finserv products and processes, and support marketing or promotional activities to enhance business volume. This position requires consistent reporting on dealer performance metrics and proactive engagement to maintain strong, mutually beneficial partnerships.
Qualifications

Experience in dealer management, channel sales, or retail finance within the financial services or related industry.
Strong relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build trust and collaborate effectively with dealer partners.
Solid understanding of lending or consumer finance products; exposure to insurance or wealth advisory is an advantage.
