We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant with 2–3 years of post-qualification experience to join our Accounts and finance team and take ownership of core accounting, compliance, and reporting functions.
? Key Responsibilities
• Preparation and finalization of books of accounts under Ind AS
• Listed company accounts preparation and periodic financial reporting
• Strong practical exposure to Ind AS (implementation & application)
• Projected financials preparation, forecasts, and budgets
• Finalization of standalone and consolidated accounts
• Cash flow planning, monitoring, and control
• Debtors management and working capital tracking
• Preparation of MIS reports for management and decision-making
• Bank funding experience – coordination with banks, limits renewal, documentation
• Exposure to capital raising activities (equity / debt) and related support
• Preparation and assistance in investor presentations and financial decks
• Hands-on handling of GST & Income Tax notices, assessments, and tax litigation support
• Ensuring compliance with SEBI, Companies Act,
and stock exchange regulations
• Coordination with statutory auditors, internal auditors, bankers, and consultants
? Desired Profile
• 2–3 years of post-qualification experience
• Strong hands-on Ind AS exposure (not purely advisory)
• Prior experience in a listed company preferred
• Working knowledge of GST, Income Tax, and corporate compliances
• Ability to independently lead accounts finalization
• Robust analytical, presentation, and communication skills
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-responsibility environments
