Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Chartered Accountant / Accounts Manager to oversee the company's accounting, financial reporting, taxation, compliance, and day-to-day finance operations. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate financial records, timely statutory compliance, and effective financial control.
Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting & Finance
Manage and oversee day-to-day accounting operations.
Maintain accurate books of accounts and financial records.
Review accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliation, and general ledger entries.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Monitor cash flow, expenses, budgets, and financial performance.
Ensure proper accounting controls and documentation.
Taxation & Compliance
Handle and review GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances.
Ensure timely filing of returns and payment of statutory dues.
Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, banks, and other financial institutions.
Support internal and statutory audits.
Stay updated on changes in accounting,



taxation, and regulatory requirements.
Financial Planning & Reporting
Prepare MIS reports and provide financial insights to management.
Assist management with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
Analyse financial data and identify cost-saving and improvement opportunities.
Support management in making informed financial decisions.
Team & Process Management
Supervise and guide the accounts team.
Ensure timely completion of accounting and finance activities.
Develop and improve accounting processes, systems, and internal controls.
Coordinate with other departments for financial documentation and approvals.
Qualifications
Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) preferred.
Alternatively, a robust Accounts Manager with relevant qualifications and experience may be considered.
Sound knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and statutory compliance.
