Role Description The Telecaller role at Pragati Developers is a full-time, on-site position based in Panchkula, Haryana. The Telecaller will handle outbound and inbound calls to prospective and existing clients,



introduce company services and ongoing projects, and generate and qualify leads for the sales team. Day-to-day tasks include explaining property details, capturing client requirements, updating call and lead records in CRM or spreadsheets, and coordinating follow-ups and site visit appointments. The role also involves sharing basic price and project information, addressing initial queries, and transferring qualified prospects to senior consultants or sales representatives. The Telecaller is expected to maintain qualified communication standards, meet daily call and lead targets, and support marketing campaigns by engaging with interested inquiries.
