Role Description:
The Team Leader – Real Estate Sales will oversee daily operations of a sales team, ensuring targets are met and clients receive high-quality advisory services. This full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru includes supervising and mentoring team members, coordinating brokerage activities, and managing relationships with property owners, investors,



and commercial clients. The role involves guiding the team in identifying suitable properties, conducting site visits, negotiating deals, and ensuring smooth documentation and closing processes. The Team Leader will also monitor market trends in commercial real estate, prepare performance reports, and collaborate with management on strategies to expand the client base and improve service standards.
Qualifications
