Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Field Sales Executive role based in Gurugram. The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for visiting dealers, distributors, retailers, and project sites to promote NALKA products, generate new business, and strengthen existing relationships.



The role includes conducting product demonstrations, negotiating prices and terms, and closing sales in line with monthly and quarterly targets. The Field Sales Executive will gather market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and customer preferences, and share insights with the sales and marketing teams. Daily responsibilities also include maintaining accurate records of leads, visits, orders, collections, and reporting on performance and pipeline to the Sales Manager.
Qualifications
Strong sales, negotiation, and persuasion skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Customer relationship management and networking abilities in dealer, distributor, or retail environments.
Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain product features and advantages clearly.
Basic proficiency in using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and mobile applications for reporting and documentation.
