Role Description The Residential Real Estate Sales Specialist is a full time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad. This role involves managing the end-to-end sales cycle for residential projects, including lead generation, property presentations, site visits, and follow-ups. The specialist will guide prospective buyers through property options, pricing, payment plans, and documentation, ensuring a smooth and transparent purchase experience. Daily responsibilities include maintaining updated knowledge of project details,



coordinating with internal teams for inventory and marketing materials, and building strong relationships with clients to drive bookings and referrals. The role also requires regular reporting on sales performance and market feedback to support strategic decisions.
Qualifications
