Roles and Responsibilities:
Administer and maintain the learning management system for assigned training curricula and user records
Coordinate training assignments, completions, reminders, and escalation workflows across business functions
Manage training documentation, records retention, and audit-ready evidence for regulated processes
Support quality and regulatory training programs aligned to internal procedures and external compliance requirements
Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure training content, tracking, and reporting remain current and accurate
Skills Required:
3 - 6 years of relevant experience in training operations, preferably in medical device, pharmaceutical,



or life sciences organizations
Hands-on experience in Learning & Development and Training & Development within a regulated environment
Robust background in medical device or healthcare training operations, including training administration and records management
Working knowledge of regulatory compliance expectations for quality and training processes
Experience supporting LMS-based training workflows, documentation control, and audit readiness
Good to Have:
Exposure to GxP compliance
Exposure to ISO 13485
Experience with ComplianceWire
Familiarity with QMS and ISO 9001
Education : Any Graduation
