Role Overview Sociapa Ventures Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Brand Strategist with strong experience in FMCG and agency environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing brand and communication strategies, consumer insights, campaign concepts, launch strategies, and strategic narratives that connect business objectives with creative execution. The role requires a solid combination of strategic thinking, consumer understanding, creativity, research, digital knowledge, and presentation skills.
Key Responsibilities & Requirements
● Develop brand, communication, digital, and campaign strategies for FMCG and other consumer-facing brands.
● Conduct market, consumer, competitor, category, and trend research to identify meaningful insights and opportunities.
● Translate research and consumer insights into clear brand positioning,
communication territories, campaign platforms, and actionable strategies.
● Develop strategic approaches for new brand and product launches, including launch positioning, communication strategy, and campaign direction.
● Conceptualise integrated campaigns across digital, social media, content, and other relevant platforms.
● Create creative briefs, strategic narratives, campaign proposals, and brand strategy decks for internal and client presentations.
● Collaborate closely with creative, content, social media, performance marketing, and account teams to ensure strategic thinking is translated effectively into execution.
● Demonstrate a strong understanding of FMCG consumer behaviour, category dynamics, brand positioning, and the digital consumer ecosystem.
● Challenge existing briefs, identify unexplored opportunities, and bring fresh and differentiated strategic perspectives.
