Role Description This is a full time, on-site Guest Relations Executive role based in Bengaluru. The Guest Relations Executive will welcome and assist visitors, clients, and residents, ensuring a professional and positive experience from arrival to departure.



Responsibilities include managing reception duties such as handling phone calls, maintaining visitor logs, and coordinating meeting schedules and appointments. The role involves responding to customer inquiries, guiding guests to relevant departments or project sites, and providing accurate information about DS-MAX properties and services. The Guest Relations Executive will also support basic sales coordination, follow up on leads, and collaborate with sales and customer service teams to resolve issues promptly and uphold DS-MAX’s service standards.
Qualifications
