Role Description The Business Sales Manager role is a full-time, in office position based in Bengaluru. This role is responsible for driving sales growth for interior and home construction services by managing the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation to closure. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying current business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, conducting needs assessments,



and presenting tailored solutions. The Business Sales Manager will collaborate closely with design, project, and operations teams to align client expectations with deliverables, monitor sales performance metrics, and prepare regular reports and forecasts. The role also involves coaching and guiding sales team members, ensuring high standards of customer service, and representing Interior Company in client meetings and industry events.
Qualifications
