Role Description The Sales Designer – Interior Design [Residential] is a full-time, role based in Bengaluru. This role involves meeting prospective clients, understanding their lifestyle, needs, and budget, and translating these inputs into functional and aesthetic residential interior concepts. The Sales Designer will prepare design proposals,



layout plans, mood boards, and material selections, and present them clearly to clients to support informed decision-making. Daily responsibilities include guiding clients through kitchen and bath design options, coordinating with the design and execution teams, and ensuring project details are captured accurately from consultation through installation. The role also requires managing walk-ins and referrals, closing sales, maintaining follow-up communication, and supporting a seamless client experience from first contact to post-delivery.
Qualifications
Robust client-facing Communication and Customer Service skills to listen, articulate design ideas clearly, and build trust throughout the project lifecycle.
Relevant diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field; prior experience in residential interiors or modular kitchens is highly beneficial.
