Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Real Estate Manager to lead our real estate sales operations, manage a team of property consultants, develop new business opportunities, and drive revenue growth.
The ideal candidate should have solid knowledge of the Bangalore real estate market, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to build relationships with clients, channel partners, builders, and investors.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, manage, and motivate the real estate sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies for residential and commercial properties.
Generate and convert leads through direct sales, digital marketing, referrals, networking, and channel partners.
Build and maintain strong relationships with property buyers, investors, developers, and channel partners.
Conduct property presentations, site visits,



negotiations, and client meetings.
Monitor sales pipelines, follow-ups, conversions, and revenue performance.
Identify new projects, market opportunities, and potential business partnerships.
Coordinate with builders and developers regarding inventory, pricing, offers, and project updates.
Train and mentor sales executives to improve their sales performance.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance reviews for management.
Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the property-buying process.
Stay updated on real estate market trends, property prices, competitor activities, and regulatory developments.
Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable real estate regulations.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Real Estate, or a related field.
3–7 years of experience in real estate sales or property consulting.
