JOB OVERVIEW
The Marketing Executive will be responsible for driving lead generation, managing customer relationships, executing marketing campaigns, and supporting business development initiatives. This role involves managing multiple online portals, coordinating marketing activities, and maintaining a robust customer database while ensuring timely follow-ups and productive CRM management.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & KPIs
Lead Generation: Generate and qualify leads through IndiaMART, GEM Portal, databases, digital channels, and other relevant platforms.
KPI: 20+ qualified leads per month.
Lead Management: Monitor incoming leads, ensure timely processing, and allocate qualified leads to the respective Territory Managers through Zoho CRM.
KPI: 100% same-day lead processing and allocation within 4 working hours.
Lead Follow-up:



Track allocated leads and coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely follow-ups and conversions.
KPI: 100% lead tracking and follow-up.
Outbound Calling: Connect with existing customers, prospects, dealers, and distributors to generate business opportunities.
KPI: 40–50 calls per day.
Customer Reactivation: Engage with inactive and old customers from the existing database to identify new business opportunities.
KPI: 100+ customer contacts per month.
Email Marketing: Plan and execute email campaigns for customers, prospects, dealers, and distributors.
KPI: 2–4 campaigns per month.
CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, activities, and follow-ups in Zoho CRM.
KPI: Minimum 98% data accuracy.
Social Media Marketing: Create and coordinate marketing content for social media platforms to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
KPI: 8–12 posts per month.
Digital Marketing & Meta Ads: Support the execution, monitoring, and coordination of Meta Ads
