Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding:
Collaborate with teams and hiring managers to define staffing needs and hiring priorities.
Manage end-to-end recruitment across Digital Marketing and other business functions.
Source, screen, shortlist, coordinate interviews, and facilitate candidate selection.
Handle offer discussions, salary negotiations, documentation, and joining formalities.
Ensure smooth and structured onboarding and induction, including completion of employee documentation.

Employee Relations & Engagement:
Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives end-to-end, including team-building activities, recognition programs, celebrations, and employee connect initiatives.
Act as a bridge between employees and management, addressing employee concerns and supporting a positive work environment.




Handle day-to-day employee queries and support employee experience across the employee lifecycle.
Gather employee feedback and identify opportunities to improve engagement and retention.

People Processes & HR Operations:
Maintain accurate employee records, HR documentation, and Zoho HRMS data.
Ensure adherence to HR processes, policies, attendance, leave, and other employee lifecycle processes.
Coordinate with payroll teams for monthly payroll inputs, including attendance, leave, recent joiners, exits, and employee changes.
Provide guidance to employees and management on HR-related matters.
Contribute to the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of HR policies, processes, and SOPs.
Identify process gaps and drive improvements to ensure smooth and efficient HR operations.

Employee Lifecycle & Exit Management:
Manage employee lifecycle processes from joining to exit.
