Role Description This is a full-tim or part time both on-site Sales Associate role located in Khatu Shyam ji.Sikar. The Sales Associate will engage prospective clients, present property options, and support them through the entire sales cycle, from initial inquiry to closing. Daily responsibilities include qualifying leads, conducting property visits, explaining features and pricing, and addressing client questions in a clear and professional manner. The role involves maintaining accurate records of client interactions,



preparing basic documentation, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth transactions. The Sales Associate is expected to meet sales targets, stay informed about local market trends, and uphold S4 Realty’s standards of service and professionalism.
