Weekly Off: 2nd & 4th Saturday + Sunday
Minimum Internship Duration: 3 Months
Stipend: ₹5,000 – ₹10,000/month, depending on skills and suitability

As we continue to build our team, we are looking for an HR Intern who wants hands-on exposure to recruitment, employee operations, and people coordination in a growing digital marketing agency.
About the Role
As an HR Intern at Karagrey Media,



you will work directly with the Founder and Co-Founder and get practical exposure to multiple areas of HR.
The role will primarily involve recruitment and candidate coordination, along with onboarding, employee records, attendance, internal coordination, employee engagement, and learning & development.
You will be working closely with a team of approximately 15 people, giving you direct exposure to how HR functions within a growing organization.
This role is suited to someone who is organized, detail-oriented, proactive, responsive, persistent, and comfortable taking ownership of follow-ups and coordination.
Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Talent Acquisition
Assist with hiring for intern and full time positions.
Source candidates through LinkedIn, Internshala, and other relevant platforms.
Review resumes and identify relevant candidates.
Conduct initial screening calls to assess basic role fit and communication.
