Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Closer role based in Mumbai. The Sales Closer will manage the end stages of the sales cycle, including qualifying leads, conducting need-based discussions, presenting solutions, and negotiating terms to finalize deals. The role includes coordinating with internal teams to ensure accurate documentation, overseeing escrow or payment-related processes where applicable,



and maintaining clear communication with customers throughout the closing phase. The Sales Closer will track and report closing performance, follow up on pending deals, and contribute to refining closing scripts and processes to improve conversion rates. The role requires consistent in-person collaboration with colleagues and adherence to established sales targets and timelines.

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build trust, address concerns, and maintain skilled interactions with prospects and clients.
