About the Role
The Migration Company (TMC) is looking for a energetic Partnerships & Business Development Associate to drive growth in our Training and L&D; vertical. The role involves building strategic partnerships across healthcare, recruitment, staffing, corporate L&D;, and international labour mobility.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales
- Lead end-to-end business development for TMC's training vertical, including language training and L&D; solutions
- Identify, qualify, and prospect target partnerships across healthcare, staffing, recruitment, and corporate L&D; sectors
- Conduct discovery meetings with potential partners and clients; map their needs and position TMC's offerings
- Develop and present compelling partnership proposals; negotiate terms and close deals
- Build relationships with key decision-makers (HR heads, L&D; leaders, recruitment agencies, institutional buyers)
- Achieve quarterly revenue targets and partnership closure goals.
Partnership Support & Client Relationship Management
- Maintain and nurture existing partnership relationships; act as primary client liaison
- Support the recruitment team's BD efforts by embedding training and L&D; solutions into candidate integration pathways
