About the RoleWe are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Software Sales / Business Development Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating new business opportunities, understanding client requirements, presenting our software/IT solutions, and converting prospects into customers.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication and negotiation skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to build long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate recent business opportunities through online research, cold calling, email, social media, referrals, and other channels.
- Connect with potential clients and understand their business and software requirements.
- Explain and present our software, web, mobile app, and IT solutions to prospective clients.
- Conduct product/service demonstrations and client meetings.




- Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial offers based on client requirements.
- Follow up with leads and prospects regularly through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
- Maintain and update lead and client information in the CRM.
- Convert qualified leads into paying customers and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Negotiate pricing and commercial terms with clients when required.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Coordinate with the technical/project team to ensure client requirements are clearly communicated.
- Track sales activities, pipeline, follow-ups, and closures.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor offerings, and market opportunities.
