We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented and responsible Architect to join our design team, with a strong interest in Retail, Hospitality & Commercial Space Design.
Candidate Profile
- B.Arch / M.Arch from a reputed college
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience
- Experience in Retail / Hospitality / Commercial / Experience Design is preferred
- Strong understanding of space planning, design development and detailing
- Good knowledge of working drawings, materials and specifications
- Strong design sense with attention to aesthetics, functionality and detailing
- Valuable communication and coordination skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp / 3D software, Photoshop or relevant design tools

Key Responsibilities
- Develop design concepts for Retail, Hospitality & Commercial spaces
- Prepare space planning, layouts, design presentations and working drawings
- Coordinate with clients, MEP consultants, structural consultants and other project consultants




- Attend client meetings and understand design requirements
- Coordinate design inputs, revisions and approvals with clients
- Review and coordinate MEP requirements with architectural layouts and design
- Coordinate with vendors and project execution teams
- Assist in material, finish and furniture selections
- Develop projects from concept to execution
- Participate in client presentations, design discussions and site coordination
- Ensure design intent is maintained throughout the project
