We are looking for a proactive and confident Sales & Business Development Intern who can help us identify potential clients, start conversations, and generate qualified business opportunities.

What You Will Do
- Research and identify potential clients in the US and other target markets.
- Find relevant decision-makers, including founders, business owners, and operations or technology leaders.
- Build and maintain targeted prospect lists.
- Write and send personalized cold emails and follow-up sequences.
- Conduct cold calls and introduce Vettel Tech’s services to prospective clients.
- Reach out to prospects through LinkedIn and other channels.
- Qualify leads by understanding their needs, budget, authority, and timeline.




- Schedule discovery calls for the company’s leadership and sales team.
- Follow up consistently with interested prospects.
- Maintain accurate lead and outreach activity in our CRM.
- Test different industries, messaging, offers, and outreach strategies.
- Track weekly performance, including outreach volume, responses, qualified leads, and meetings booked.

Who We Are Looking For
- Strong spoken and written English.
- Comfortable communicating with international prospects, particularly US-based businesses.
- Confident making cold calls and starting conversations with recent people.
- Good research, communication, and persuasion skills.
- Organized and consistent with follow-ups.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working with targets.
- Willing to learn about software development, AI automation, and technology services.
- Able to understand a prospect’s business problem instead of using generic sales scripts.
