Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Executive/Manager with 2–5 years of proven experience in the US Staffing and Recruitment industry. The ideal candidate should have a strong track record of selling recruitment/staffing services to US clients, developing new business relationships, and generating revenue through direct client acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

/n

/n
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with US-based companies, staffing firms, MSPs, and direct clients.
/n
- Sell recruitment and staffing services across different US staffing domains, including IT, Engineering, Healthcare, Finance, and other qualified staffing areas.
/n
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
/n
- Conduct market research to identify target companies and potential business opportunities.




/n
- Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and other business development channels.
/n
- Understand client hiring requirements and present appropriate recruitment solutions.
/n
- Work closely with recruiting and delivery teams to ensure successful fulfillment of client requirements.
/n
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and consistently achieve monthly/quarterly business development targets.
/n
- Stay updated on US staffing market trends, competitors, hiring patterns, and client needs.
/n
- Build long-term partnerships with clients and identify opportunities for account expansion.
