Manoribel Resort which is little away from Mumbai city is a premium hospitality destination known for its warm service, serene ambiance, and curated guest experiences. We are looking for a polished, guest-centric Front Office Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our visitors and a key ambassador of our brand.

If you have:

✔️ 6 months–2 years of front desk/hotel reception experience

/n

✔️ Excellent communication and guest-handling skills

/n

✔️ Comfort with reservations, billing, and PMS tools

/n

✔️ A service-first, polished, and proactive attitude

/n

Key Responsibilities /n

/n
- Welcome guests warmly and manage productive check-in and check-out processes.
/n
- Handle reservations, modifications, cancellations, and pre-arrival preparations.
/n
- Maintain accurate guest records and billing information in the Property Management System (PMS).
/n
- Respond to guest inquiries via phone,



email, and in person with accurate information on resort services, rates, amenities, and local attractions.
/n
- Process payments, cash handling, and end-of-shift reconciliations accurately.
/n
- Upsell rooms, dining, and other resort services to enhance guest experience and revenue.
/n
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, F&B;, and other teams to fulfill guest requests and special needs.
/n
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
/n
- Follow resort policies, safety standards, and service protocols consistently.
/n
- Handle guest complaints professionally and escalate when necessary.
/n

Qualifications & Skills /n

/n
- 10+2 / Graduate in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field (preferred).
/n
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in a front office/reception role in a hotel or resort.
/n
- Strong communication skills in English; additional local languages are a plus.
