Commerce Coaching Partner / Faculty Opportunity – Deep Classes

Deep Classes is looking for a Commerce faculty / teaching partner who wants to start or expand Commerce coaching without the hassle of setting up a classroom from scratch.

I currently focus on PCB students, and I am looking for someone who can independently handle Commerce students and teaching under the Deep Classes brand.

Partnership / Revenue Sharing:

For the Commerce students taught by you, the net coaching revenue will be shared 50:50 between the faculty partner and Deep Classes.

Example:

If the agreed net revenue from Commerce students is ₹50,000, the share will be ₹25,000 – ₹25,000, subject to the agreed terms.

Key Terms & Conditions:

This is a partnership/revenue-sharing opportunity, not a fixed-salary employment position.

The coaching will operate under the name DEEP CLASSES.

The faculty partner will be primarily responsible for teaching, academic planning, student management and maintaining teaching quality.

Space, furniture and the available classroom infrastructure will be provided by Deep Classes.





The exact definition of revenue, deductions/expenses, fee collection, refunds and the 50:50 calculation will be mutually discussed and documented before starting.

Any additional expenses outside the provided setup will be discussed and agreed upon in advance.

Student fees and admissions will be handled according to a mutually agreed system so that both parties have clear records.

The partnership terms, responsibilities and revenue-sharing arrangement will be finalized in writing before commencement.

There is no guaranteed number of students or guaranteed income; earnings depend on student admissions and fees collected.

Any future change in the arrangement, additional courses or expansion will require mutual agreement.
