POSITION 1: CHIEF TECHNOLOGY OFFICER (CTO)

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and technically strong Chief Technology Officer (CTO) who can take ownership of the company's technology direction and help build the technical foundation of our startup.

The CTO will be responsible for:

Defining and implementing the company's technology strategy.

Leading software development and technical initiatives.

Selecting appropriate technologies, tools, and development practices.

Building and managing technical teams as the company grows.

Reviewing software architecture, security, scalability, and performance.

Guiding developers and ensuring professional engineering standards.

Contributing to product planning and technology decisions.

Identifying technical risks and implementing appropriate solutions.

Working closely with the Managing Director and other team members.

Helping establish a disciplined and productive technology culture.

Requirements

Minimum qualification: Bachelor's degree.

Freshers and experienced candidates may apply; relevant technical experience will be an advantage.

Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving ability.

Leadership and team-management skills.

Good communication skills.

Compensation & Work Mode

Salary: ₹70,000 – ₹1,00,000 per month, depending on experience and suitability. While joining female candidate will get the New iPhone 17 pro Max as a joining bonus.

Salary is negotiable for an exceptional candidate.

Work Mode: 3 days from office + 2 days Work From Home per week.

POSITION 2: HR EXECUTIVE

Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and people-oriented HR Executive to establish and manage the company's initial HR operations.

Requirements

Minimum qualification: Bachelor's degree.

Freshers and experienced candidates may apply.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Professional and polite behaviour.

Solid organizational and coordination skills.

Responsible, disciplined, and confidential approach to HR work.

Ability to work independently and take responsibility.

Salary: ₹50,000 per month.
