* Material management – Check material requirements, deliveries, quality, and usage at the site.
* Quality checking – Ensure construction work meets required quality and specifications.
* Progress tracking – Monitor daily progress and report any delays or issues.
* Drawing understanding – Read basic civil/structural drawings and ensure work follows them.
* Daily reporting – Maintain records of measurements, labour attendance, materials, and daily work progress.
