10X International School, Mysuru, is seeking an experienced IBDP Career Counsellor to guide students through university selection, applications, and career planning.

Key Responsibilities

/n

/n
- Guide students on university selection, applications, essays, deadlines, and admission requirements.
/n
- Counsel students and families on higher education and career pathways in India and overseas.
/n
- Manage application documentation, records, trackers, and deadlines.
/n
- Coordinate with parents, teachers, leadership, universities, and external partners.
/n
- Organize university fairs and information sessions.
/n
- Stay updated on admissions, scholarships, and IBDP requirements.
/n

Candidate Profile

/n

/n
- Master's degree in counselling, psychology, education, or a related field.
/n
- Experience in university counselling, preferably in an IBDP or international school.
/n
- Knowledge of Indian and international undergraduate admissions.
/n
- Excellent communication, organization, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
/n
- Ability to manage multiple student applications with discretion and empathy.
/n
- Immediate availability or a short joining timeline preferred.
