Role: Channel Sales – Relationship Manager | Architects & Builders

About the role

We are looking for a confident and relationship-driven Channel Sales – Relationship Manager to build and manage strong relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, developers, and other premium real-estate ecosystem partners.

The role is focused on developing a robust referral and channel network, generating qualified opportunities, and converting relationships into consistent business for our premium interior design projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, builders, developers, interior designers and real-estate professionals.
- Identify and onboard new channel partners who cater to premium and luxury residential clients.
- Generate qualified leads and business opportunities through the channel network.
- Conduct regular meetings, presentations and relationship-building activities with partners.
- Understand partner requirements and position our premium interior solutions accordingly.
- Coordinate with the internal Sales,



Design and Project teams to ensure smooth lead handover and follow-up.
- Track leads, opportunities, conversions and channel performance.
- Develop long-term partnerships rather than focusing only on one-time transactions.
- Attend networking events, industry meetings, exhibitions and partner engagements.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with architects and builders to stay top-of-mind for upcoming projects.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly lead generation and revenue targets.

What We are looking for
- 5+ years of experience in Channel Sales, B2B Sales, Relationship Management or Business Development.
- Experience in real estate, interior design, architecture, building materials, modular interiors, furniture or luxury products is preferred.
- Strong existing network among architects, builders, developers or interior designers will be an advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship
