Role Overview

/n

We are seeking a B2B Sales Director to drive revenue growth by onboarding pharmaceutical and biotech MSMEs (including generic/branded manufacturers, CROs, and CMOs) onto our subscription platform.

/n

Based full-time in Bengaluru, this role involves strategic travel to key Indian pharma hubs - such as Hyderabad, Ahmedabad, Baddi, and Jigani. You will close MSME accounts while shaping CRAMbridge's broader market expansion strategy.

Key Responsibilities

- Sales Execution:



Manage the end-to-end B2B sales cycle - from prospecting, qualifying, and face-to-face pitch presentations to negotiation and deal closure.

- Account Acquisition: Onboard recent MSME clients to CRAMbridge's subscription-based platform.
/n
- Relationship & Network Building: Engage key decision-makers, represent CRAMbridge at industry events, and leverage industry networks to expand pipeline.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams to tailor learning solutions to specific client compliance needs.

Qualifications

- Industry Connection: An established network within India's pharmaceutical, biotech, or life sciences sector.

- Track Record: 3+ years of experience in B2B sales/business development, specifically selling SaaS, LMS, digital learning, or subscription-based solutions.
