Your Role
As an PU1 Support- Architect - Offshore Manager,



you will be responsible for supporting business-critical applications used within Hydro Power Generation operations. You will work closely with business users, application vendors, engineering teams, and support organizations to investigate, triage, and resolve complex production issues while ensuring seamless business operations.
In this role, you will:

Provide L2/L3 application support for enterprise applications within hydro generation environments.
Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve medium to high-complexity production incidents and application issues.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams to identify root causes and implement long-term solutions.
Support application integrations, APIs, and interfaces between operational and enterprise systems.
Perform defect analysis, impact assessment, and resolution coordination across multiple teams.
