Summary of the role:
The Manager, Global Data & Analytics serves as a technical analytics leader within the Global Data organization, responsible for designing, building, and scaling enterprise analytics solutions that empower business teams across Merchandise Planning, Inventory Management, Operations, Supply Chain, and Merchandising.
This role combines people leadership with robust hands-on analytical execution. The individual will lead a team of analysts while actively contributing to data modeling, analytics solution design, dashboard development, and advanced analytical problem-solving using modern cloud data platforms.
This is not a pure people-management role. The successful candidate is expected to remain deeply engaged in technical delivery,



architecture discussions, data modeling, SQL development, dashboard engineering, and analytical problem-solving while leading a high-performing analytics team.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain scalable analytics solutions that provide global visibility into planning, inventory, merchandising, and operational performance.
Lead the design and implementation of enterprise reporting and self-service analytics capabilities using Looker and Google Cloud Platform technologies.
Partner with business and technology stakeholders to translate business requirements into actionable analytics products and data solutions.
Establish best practices for data modeling, metric definitions, dashboard governance, and analytics engineering.
Enable data-driven decision making through descriptive, diagnostic, predictive, and prescriptive analytics.
