Nitro: AI Engineer
The selected candidate
Provides technical leadership in the development and deployment of generative AI solutions, including large language models (LLMs), ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry best practices
Architects and oversees the design of scalable data and machine learning pipelines, ensuring robust, effective, and secure integration of AI models into production environments
Leads cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers, driving project timelines, resource allocation, and delivering impactful AI-driven products and solutions
Champions innovation by staying ahead of the latest advancements in AI, guiding the strategic direction of AI initiatives,
and mentoring team members to elevate the organization’s data science capabilities
Your key responsibilities include
Managing the delivery of data science insights using a range of tools and methods to create cognitive services involving complex algorithms, machine learning and artificial intelligence methods
Developing new sophisticated algorithms and improving existing machine learning techniques
Demonstrating ability to make business recommendations based on the data that drive better business decisions
Collaborating with relevant business areas to identify new projects and opportunities, understanding their requirements, setting success criteria and ensuring delivery
Possibly leading medium sized projects or training / mentoring junior team member
