The SEAM organization integrates Safety, Environment & Asset Management activities to support Shell's businesses and assets globally. Its vision is to shape future ways of working through new technologies, digital and data-driven solutions, provide performance feedback for disciplined execution, support business improvement plans, and sustain performance through robust core capabilities and a consistent company-wide approach.
The Engineer Safety Reporting role supports Shell's Goal Zero (No Harm & No Leaks) ambition by providing accurate, quality-assured safety performance data, driving a culture of data-driven reporting, and enabling businesses to understand the insights behind the data. The role also drives optimization of reporting systems and processes to support the Goal Zero journey.
The position is part of Technical Asset Operations (TAS),
which accelerates delivery of Shell's Asset Management System by providing high-quality technical resources that support asset teams and maximize integrated business value across Downstream Manufacturing, Integrated Gas, and Upstream.
What you’ll be doing
Data Reporting duties include:
Assist with the continuous improvement and implementation of standardized work processes for efficiency in process development and delivery.
Stay current with mandatory training
Timely and Quality Safety Performance reporting to Group (PMR) and Business Leadership Team (monthly, quarterly) on basis of sound systems (Sphera Cloud/DAP), effective QA/QC processes
Providing input to Business Townhalls/Communications on Safety performance to the business LT
Managing the annual target setting for Safety parameters.
Delivery of data for Benchmarking (GBG and IOGP)
Coordinate the annual Performance Monitoring and Reporting revie
