Job Description
Systems Analyst will assist in analyzing business processes, gathering functional requirements, and supporting the implementation of standard and automated software solutions. Working alongside senior analysts and engineering teams, you will help document system workflows, conduct testing, support day-to-day user issues, and gain hands-on experience with enterprise data, analytics, and automation platforms.
What a typical day looks like:
Requirements Gathering & Documentation: Assist in collecting, analyzing, and documenting business requirements, process flows, user stories, and functional specifications.




Systems Support & Troubleshooting: Communicate with business users to log, troubleshoot, and resolve day-to-day operational or report-related issues to ensure smooth business operations.
Testing & Quality Assurance: Support system enhancements and implementations by creating test scenarios, running User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and validating output data.
Data Analysis & Reporting: Write basic SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data to help answer business questions and verify report accuracy.
Project Coordination: Support global and local IT project rollouts by tracking project tasks, maintaining documentation in Jira/Confluence, and updating project logs.
Process Improvement: Assist senior team members in researching process bottlenecks and proposing basic automation or workflow improvements.
