The incumbent in this role will ensure world-class service delivery to the US clients globally. This position is responsible for various professional activities, including processing transactions, administration of Pension plans and Disbursements. The role will focus on –
Processing and Quality check
Effective communication with US teams
Maintaining the required Productivity% and CU%
Process Improvement/ELVA
Meeting all the process SLAs external and internal (98% Accuracy and 100% TAT)
Adherence to Process SOPs/Guidelines
Effective utilization of available time
Adherence to calendar for client calls
Support compliance and audit requirements, completion of mandatory/recommended trainings
Applicants should be versatile working in nights

What you need to have
Graduation in any stream
Minimum 2-4 years of experience
Good Knowledge of DB Domain (preferred)
Good Interpretation and decision making skills
Strong command on MS office applications (Excel, Power-point)
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Good analytical and research skills, attention to details
