Lead strategic procurement transformation initiatives across global supply chain networks, ensuring alignment with enterprise-wide cost optimization and sustainability goals. Drive advisory engagements with senior client stakeholders, delivering insights on procurement maturity, digital enablement, and supplier collaboration models.
