Job Description
The Director - VCA is responsible for pipeline development, sell-in, and delivery oversight of VCA services to key FI and Fintech clients at Visa. The individual will bring in experience of business development in a consulting capacity, with an understanding of payments. We are looking for a motivated self-starter with a track record of revenue targets and high quality consulting delivery. The three key responsibilities include:
Business and pipeline development with specific clients
Pursuit,



problem understanding, proposal development, pitching and price negotiations
Oversight of delivery teams as needed to ensure delivery quality.
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in the office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
Professionally qualified, with a post graduate degree in management
Preferred Qualifications
10+ years of overall experience, with understanding of payments
Passionate, self-motivated, results oriented individual with the ability to handle numerous projects concurrently.
Excellent client relationship management skills and ability to develop a credible point of view on a variety of industry topics, acting as a trusted advisor.
Solid analytical skills, with demonstrated intellectual and analytical rigor.
