Role: P&C; Manager
Role purpose:
The person will be responsible for defining and delivering the people plan that enables the business to achieve its goals,
managing a team to provide HR support for a broad spectrum of HR activities and ensuring consistent and effective delivery of HR initiatives and projects in line with local legislation, BP policy and best practice.
Role accountabilities:
Lead and implement agility core practices within P&C; operations to enhance efficiency and responsiveness.
Apply analytical thinking to identify trends, assess P&C; program effectiveness, and inform strategic decisions.
Develop and execute communication strategies to ensure transparent and consistent messaging across the organization.
Drive culture and behavior change initiatives to promote desired organizational values and improve employee engagement.
Champion customer-centric thinking within P&C; to deliver effective and valuable services to employees and leaders.
Develop and manage employee engagement programs to foster a motivated and high-performing workforce.
