Job Description – Bagging & Operations Coordinator
Position Overview
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Bagging & Operations Coordinator to manage bagging-related activities, system transactions, documentation, vendor coordination, and operational support. The role will ensure timely completion of daily activities, accurate system entries, proper stock movement, and smooth coordination between internal teams and vendors.
Key Responsibilities
1. Bagging & Stock Management
Prepare and maintain Bagging Lead Time (LT) MIS on a timely basis.
Coordinate and monitor bagging operations and ensure smooth workflow.
Manage stock transfer to the Reserve Bin and ensure system and physical stock accuracy.
Monitor bagging-related activities and ensure adherence to defined timelines.
2. Documentation & System Activities
Ensure melting documentation and system entries are completed accurately and on time.
Ensure timely DVR issue to the bagging vendor.
Follow up for timely DVR acknowledgement for outwork bagging.




Create and maintain MMR as per operational requirements.
Complete all required system activities and transactions within the defined timelines.
Maintain accurate records and MIS reports related to daily operations.
3. Vendor Coordination
Coordinate with bagging and outwork vendors for day-to-day operational requirements.
Follow up with vendors for DVR acknowledgement, stock movement, bagging status, and other pending activities.
Resolve operational issues in coordination with relevant internal departments and vendors.
4. Sales Invoicing
Prepare and process stone sale invoices accurately and within the required timelines.
Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure invoice-related documentation and system entries are completed correctly.
5. Team Support
Provide day-to-day operational support to the team.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of bagging, stock transfer, documentation, and system activities.
