About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Securities Operations Associate
In this role, you will:
Lead and support business initiatives and projects across Securities Operations, coordinating with stakeholders to drive execution, manage milestones, track dependencies, and ensure successful delivery of business objectives.
Monitor operational risk, incidents, and controls, including incident tracking and escalation, control effectiveness reviews, risk assessments, and the identification of opportunities to strengthen governance and mitigate operational risks.
Develop management reporting and business insights by analyzing operational data, performance metrics, and trends, and presenting actionable recommendations to senior leadership to support informed decision-making.
Drive process optimization and automation initiatives by leveraging tools such as Power BI, Alteryx, and Xceptor to improve efficiency, reduce manual activities, enhance controls, and support continuous improvement across Securities Operations.

Required Qualifications:
6 + Years of Securities Operations experience,



or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:
Experience in business analysis and/or project management, with the ability to support initiatives from planning through execution.
Prior experience in the banking sector is required; experience within Securities Operations is preferred.
Demonstrated stakeholder management skills, including the ability to lead effective discussions with senior management and cross-functional partners.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly, professionally, and concisely.
Experience in incident management, including tracking, escalation, resolution support, and post-incident analysis, is preferred.
Solid understanding of risk management principles, with experience in analysing processes to ide
