We are looking for a passionate HR professional with 7+ years of experience in HR Business Partnering,



specifically for the Talent Management (TM) segment. This role will report to the AGM – HR.

Location: Coimbatore

Work Model: Onsite

What you’ll be doing:

1. Managing the employee life cycle – from onboarding to exit.

2. Driving employee engagement activities and new culture-building initiatives.

3. Handling grievances and employee concerns with empathy.

4. Doing attrition analysis and sharing insights with management.

5. Working closely with stakeholders to run HR projects smoothly
