Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
Purpose of the role:
Support implementation of safety systems, risk assessments, statutory compliance and safety awareness activities during Greenfield project execution and post-SOP operations to create and sustain a protected working environment
Roles and responsibilities:
Greenfield Project Phase

Support implementation of project safety requirements during civil construction, utility installation, equipment erection and commissioning activities.
Conduct workplace safety inspections, contractor safety monitoring and hazard identification activities across project areas.
Assist in risk assessments, HIRA, HAZOP studies and safety audits for project activities.
Monitor compliance with site safety procedures, PPE requirements, permit-to-work systems and statutory regulations.

Operations Phase





Perform routine workplace safety inspections and safety audits across plant operations.
Maintain accident prevention plans, incident records, near miss reports and safety MIS.
Support employee, contractor and vendor training programs relating to safety and EHS requirements.
Coordinate statutory compliance activities, safety initiatives, emergency preparedness drills and corrective action implementation.
Experience
5 Years• Greenfield Project experience will be an added advantage.Industry Preferred
Automotive OEM, Auto Component Manufacturing, Industrial Manufacturing, Infrastructure & EPC ProjectsQualifications
B.E. - Mechanical / Chemical / Environmental Engineering
AND
Advanced Diploma in Industrial Safety (ADIS)
