Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business and marketing objectives.
Plan and maintain content calendars across relevant social media platforms.
Create and coordinate engaging social media content, including posts, campaigns, reels, and promotional creatives.
Manage day-to-day publishing and maintain consistent brand communication across channels.
Monitor audience engagement, comments, messages, and online community interactions.
Track campaign and content performance using social media analytics and platform insights.
Identify trends, content opportunities, and platform developments to improve reach and engagement.
Collaborate with marketing, creative,



and business teams to support campaigns and brand initiatives.
Required Skills
Social Media Strategy — Ability to develop channel-specific strategies supporting brand and marketing goals.
Content Planning — Ability to build structured content calendars and campaign schedules.
Content Creation — Understanding of engaging social content formats and platform-specific communication.
Social Media Analytics — Ability to interpret reach, engagement, audience, and campaign performance metrics.
Community Management — Ability to manage audience interactions and maintain consistent brand communication.
Preferred Skills
Paid social media campaign knowledge
Basic graphic design/video content coordination
Familiarity with social media scheduling and analytics tools
Work Experience Requirements
Typical requirement: Approximately 3–6 years of relevant experience in social media management, digital marketing, content marketing, or a related field.
